Ordering method/conditions
- As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products. We will only replace the item if the item you receive is different from the item you ordered or is damaged. If the product is damaged, please save the product and outer box and contact us within one day of receiving the product. We may not be able to provide compensation if you make a request more than a day after receiving the item, or if the outer box is not intact.
