Finished with a tropical pale ale with high alcohol ❗️Instead of making the malt complex, the hops are simply Mosaic 🌿 v1.0 had a high alcohol content and was an El Dorado single, but v1.1 has a high alcohol content We reduced the amount to 7.0% and changed the hop to Mosaic. The goodness of Mosaic, the complexity of malt, and the tropical ester aroma of English Yeast give it a fruity and easy-to-drink finish 🍊The malt aroma, hop aroma, and sweetness from the alcohol make it a finish that alcohol lovers will not be able to resist. 🍻
