t0ki brewery's first black ■Black is black, but it's a black IPA🍻We used CTZ and Citra hops to add hop aroma and bitterness to the black roast aroma. The body is as dry as possible, and we use roasted malt with the malt shell removed to eliminate the unique astringency that occurs when roasted malt is used. Hops are as simple as possible to blend with the aroma of roasted malt . The body is dry, and it is dry hopped during fermentation to bring out the aroma of hops🌿We have created a Black IPA that even those who don't like black can drink.
