Based on the MANO MACHINE v2.0 recipe, the hops have been made simpler and the yeast has also been changed 🫧 White peach and citrus scent coming from El Dorado and Citra, bitterness and citrus peel aroma in the aftertaste, although it is cloudy. You can drink it smoothly 🍻 The result is like that ❗️
This time it is a collaboration label with photographer Masahiro Usami. We carried out a Manda-la project that captures Sado's culture in one piece at the Iwakubi-Shoryu rice terraces 🌾 We made a Hazy IPA using rice malt from the Iwakubi-Shoryu rice terraces 🍺
It seems like they prefer to enjoy simple hops rather than complex blends of hops. We will be adding more hop pairing series in the future, so please look forward to it 🍓
