Description
This time, Mr. Shinmei from BEER BASE BUBBLES and Mr. Yuya from Yuya Boys came to Sado Island from Fukushima to visit us 👏Since we are coming to Sado Island, we can't leave without making beer❗️ I tried making a collaboration beer 🍻 There are only two types of hops: Galaxy and Simcoe 🌿 The base is a simple West Coast IPA, but I made the alcohol content a little higher 🍺 I'll have to try it to see how it turns out! ️
Naming
Since it's a collaboration with BUBBLES, we named the beer after the sorting algorithm "BUBBLE SORT," which is the first thing you learn in computer science class. This is an algorithm that sorts things like bubbles. If you are interested, please search for it.
