Description
This is a collaboration beer with "kitchen 105", which provides delicious meals and experiences in Kashiwazaki 🍻 "kitchen 105" provided us with their own roasted coffee beans ☕️ Based on the recipe of CLEAN CODE, we used Galaxy hops ✨ Coffee beans have been added as a final fragrance. Rather than an easy-to-understand coffee beer, we aimed for a finish that resembles iced coffee made with delicious beans 🧊 This is a West Coast IPA that you would want to drink slowly in a wine glass ❗️ This is the first craft beer made with coffee beans from Tokiburu. I think we achieved a good balance 💌
Naming
Expressing 105 in LEET notation (a notation that replaces numerical values with alphabets) is loS (L-O-S). If you search for LoS, the word Line of Sight will come up. This word has the meaning of ``a straight line of sight, an unobstructed line of sight,'' and is said to be used to connect rifle sights and radios. Since Sado Island can be seen beautifully from Kashiwazaki when the weather is nice, we named the straight line connecting Kashiwazaki and Sado Island "loS".
